Service status & uptime reporting
In order to ensure that we provide a consistent and reliable service, Visitr is monitored 24 hours a day by Monitor.us, which provides around-the-clock uptime and response time monitoring.
Monitor.us tracks the performance of our content channels from various locations, checking HTTP and MySQL connections and recording the response times, as well as breakdowns of page loads per components, including images, Javascript, HTML and other code. As well as helping us to determine minimum SLA levels, it also provides us with alerts to tell us when our server may have performance issues.
The following widget, which is independently powered by Monitor.us, shows you how our server has been performing, so you can be reassured that Visitr content will be delivered to your hotel guests in a timely manner.
Our goal is to provide a minimum of 99% service uptime with a maximum response time of 1000ms.
